Pulse & Glow Clinic Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Pulse & Glow Clinic’s website, services, and treatments. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or receiving treatment from Pulse & Glow Clinic, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services

Pulse & Glow Clinic offers a range of aesthetic treatments and services. All treatments are subject to availability and may require an initial consultation before treatment is carried out. We reserve the right to amend, withdraw, or discontinue any treatment or service at any time without prior notice.

3. Appointments and Deposits

Appointments can be made via our website enquiry form, online booking system, or by contacting us at moreb@pulseandglowclinic.com.

A 20% deposit is required to secure treatment appointments. This allows us to reserve your appointment slot and, where applicable, order the products required for your treatment.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in loss of your deposit and/or a cancellation fee.

Clients are responsible for arriving on time for their appointment. Late arrival may result in your appointment being shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled, and a cancellation fee may apply.

Where an appointment is rearranged with the required notice, your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment date.

4. Medical Disclaimer

All treatments at Pulse & Glow Clinic are carried out by a suitably qualified and trained medical professional. While we aim to provide safe, high-quality care and discuss realistic outcomes during consultation, individual results may vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds will not be provided where results do not meet a client’s personal expectations.

Clients receiving aesthetic treatments must be 18 years or over. Certain treatments may not be suitable for clients with particular medical conditions, during pregnancy, or while breastfeeding. Suitability for treatment will be assessed during consultation.

Aftercare advice will be provided following treatment, and it is the client’s responsibility to follow all aftercare instructions provided by Pulse & Glow Clinic.

5. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment or experience, please contact us as soon as possible at moreb@pulseandglowclinic.com so that we can review your concerns.

We aim to respond to all complaints within 28 days.

6. Zero Tolerance Policy

At Pulse & Glow Clinic, we are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all staff and clients.

Verbal abuse, physical abuse, threatening behaviour, harassment, or inappropriate conduct towards staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse treatment and terminate services where such behaviour occurs.

7. Payments

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, cash, Klarna, and bank transfer.

All outstanding balances must be paid in full before leaving your appointment, unless agreed otherwise in advance. Prices are subject to change without notice, including where necessary due to supplier or market price increases.

8. Privacy

Pulse & Glow Clinic is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR.

We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). For more information on how we collect, use, store, and protect your information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Clinical Photography

Clinical photographs may be taken before and after treatment for clinical monitoring, insurance, and legal purposes. These images form part of your confidential medical record.

Photographs will only be used for marketing, social media, or promotional purposes where your explicit consent has been obtained in advance.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Pulse & Glow Clinic website, including but not limited to text, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, and images, is the property of Pulse & Glow Clinic or its content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any website content is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Pulse & Glow Clinic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or services.

We are not liable for adverse outcomes, complications, or dissatisfaction arising from:

    •    failure to follow aftercare advice,

    •    failure to disclose relevant medical history or medications,

    •    or where treatment results vary based on individual response.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

12. Changes to These Terms & Conditions

Pulse & Glow Clinic reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

Refund Policy

Pulse & Glow Clinic Refund Policy

At Pulse & Glow Clinic, we are committed to providing safe, professional, and high-quality aesthetic treatments. Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments, the following refund policy applies.

1. Treatment Payments

All treatment fees are non-refundable once treatment has been carried out.

This includes cases where:

    •    the client changes their mind after treatment,

    •    the client is unhappy with the outcome where the treatment has been performed appropriately and safely,

    •    results differ from personal expectations,

    •    further treatment is required to achieve the desired result.

Individual results vary from person to person, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.

2. Deposits

Booking deposits are non-refundable unless Pulse & Glow Clinic cancels the appointment.

Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment where sufficient notice is given in line with our cancellation policy.

Failure to attend an appointment or provide the required notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

3. Consultation / Prescriber Fee

A £30 prescriber consultation fee is required in advance for treatments that require prescribing.

This fee is:

    •    payable before the consultation takes place,

    •    non-refundable once the consultation has been booked and completed,

    •    redeemable against the cost of treatment if you are approved and go ahead with treatment.

If you decide not to proceed with treatment after the consultation, the £30 fee will not be refunded.

If the prescriber decides you are not suitable for treatment, the consultation fee remains payable and non-refundable, as it covers the medical assessment and prescribing consultation.

4. Products Purchased

Any retail products sold by Pulse & Glow Clinic may only be returned if they are:

    •    unopened,

    •    unused,

    •    in their original condition,

    •    and returned within a reasonable timeframe in line with your statutory rights.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be refunded unless faulty.

5. Refund Requests

Any concerns regarding treatment should be raised as soon as possible by contacting:

moreb@pulseandglowclinic.com

Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference where treatment has been delivered appropriately and in accordance with clinical standards.

Late Arrival Policy

Pulse & Glow Clinic Late Arrival Policy

At Pulse & Glow Clinic, we aim to keep appointments running on time to respect all clients and ensure treatments are carried out safely and without rushing.

1. Arrival Time

Clients are asked to arrive on time for their appointment.

2. Late Arrival

If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be:

    •    shortened,

    •    rescheduled,

    •    or cancelled,

depending on how late you arrive, and the type of treatment booked.

This is to ensure there is enough time to complete your treatment safely and properly.

3. Impact on Treatment

Arriving late may mean that:

    •    your full treatment cannot be carried out,

    •    consultation time is reduced,

    •    or your appointment needs to be rebooked.

Your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time where another client is booked after you.

4. Late Arrival and Fees

If your appointment has to be cancelled or rescheduled because of late arrival, your deposit may be lost and a new deposit may be required to secure another booking.

5. Repeated Late Attendance

Repeated late attendance may result in Pulse & Glow Clinic refusing future bookings or requiring full payment in advance.

Prescribing and Consultation Policy

Pulse & Glow Clinic Prescribing and Consultation Policy

At Pulse & Glow Clinic, client safety is our priority. Some treatments require a prescription before they can be carried out.

1. Independent Prescriber Requirement

Pulse & Glow Clinic does not prescribe medication directly.

Where a treatment requires a prescription, you will be required to undergo a consultation with a qualified independent prescriber before treatment can be approved and carried out.

2. Prescriber Consultation Fee

A £30 consultation fee must be paid in advance before a prescriber consultation is arranged.

This fee is mandatory for all prescription-only treatments.

3. Redeeming the Consultation Fee

The £30 consultation fee is redeemable against the cost of your treatment if:

    •    you are approved for treatment,

    •    and you proceed with your booked treatment.

4. Non-Refundable Consultation Fee

The £30 consultation fee is non-refundable where:

    •    you attend the consultation and choose not to proceed,

    •    you are found unsuitable for treatment,

    •    you fail to attend the consultation,

    •    or you cancel without sufficient notice.

This fee covers the cost of the medical assessment and the prescriber’s professional time.

5. Suitability for Treatment

A prescriber consultation does not guarantee approval for treatment.

All prescription-only treatments are subject to a full medical assessment. The prescriber may decline to prescribe if they believe treatment is not clinically appropriate or safe.

6. Honest Medical Disclosure

Clients must provide complete, accurate, and honest information about their:

    •    medical history,

    •    medications,

    •    allergies,

    •    previous treatments,

    •    pregnancy or breastfeeding status,

    •    and any other relevant health information.

Failure to disclose relevant information may result in treatment being refused, cancelled, or made unsafe. In such cases, fees paid may remain non-refundable.

7. Treatment Cannot Proceed Without Prescribing Approval

Where prescribing is required, treatment cannot go ahead unless approval has been given by the prescriber.

Pulse & Glow Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment where:

    •    prescribing approval is not granted,

    •    medical information is incomplete,

    •    or treatment is considered unsuitable or unsafe.

8. Validity of Consultation

Prescriber approvals may only be valid for a limited period and may require review if there is a delay between consultation and treatment, or if your medical circumstances change.
