Avoid Aspirin or anti-inflammatory medications for 24–48 hours to minimise bruising unless prescribed. Stay hydrated and eat a light meal before your appointment. Let us know about any medications, supplements or recent procedures. During Your Treatment: Try to avoid wearing makeup. Expect minor pinches from the small injections. You can also expect small lumps/swelling by the end of the day. After Your Treatment: Sit upright for three hours post treatment. Avoid makeup, alcohol, and strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
